Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance was named as a finalist at the National Insurance Awards in the category of Communications Team of the Year alongside AXIS Capital, Ethos Broking and Realia Marketing & BDMA.
Celebrating excellence in the sector, the National Insurance Awards highlights the very best in general insurance provision and management. There are 20 categories for companies and teams to demonstrate excellence in their field – from the delivery of specialist brokerage services to the best in high net worth insurance provision. The winners were announced at the awards ceremony on 5 March 2020 at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel, London.
With the goal of running a campaign which would align closely to their vision and values of sharing knowledge and expertise to educate landlords, Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance was recognised in the Communications Team of the Year category for their analysis and execution of a campaign which uncovered trends from approximately 5,000 landlord insurance claims over a 10-year period.

The results have been outstanding, not only providing actionable insights via a multi-channel communication campaign to help landlords prepare for the worst, but in creating a workable solution for reporting future data for the company.”
