For the second year running, eviction and housing law specialists Landlord Action have been shortlisted for the best landlord legal services provider at the Landlord Investment Awards.

Now in their second year, the prestigious awards present a unique opportunity for the SRA regulated firm to be recognised for the complex and often sensitive work carried out by the team of solicitors and case assessors.

Landlord Action deal with problem tenants, squatters, rental debts and other housing law matters in England and Wales.

Paul Shamplina, Founder of Landlord Action says: “This is fantastic news for everyone at Landlord Action to have been shortlisted yet again for our legal services. We have a very experienced team of tenant and commercial solicitors who landlords rely on to pick up the pieces where things go wrong. Our aim is to resolve problems quickly and minimise losses through our fixed fee service”.

Landlord Action was acquired by the Hamilton Fraser Group in May 2017.

Eddie Hooker, CEO of Hamilton Fraser, said: “Our business offers a number of solutions to landlords throughout the private rented sector. It makes me proud to see another of our products being shortlisted for an award this year. The number of legal cases the firm takes on has grown each month since it was brought into the business and this is testament to the high levels of service provided”.

The winners will be announced at a celebratory dinner on Thursday 21 November, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
