Protect and grow your lettings business with Hamilton Fraser Academy

Following the sell-out success of our tenant fee ban and legal update & compliance workshops, we are excited to bring you our biggest event yet, ‘Protect and grow your lettings business’, taking place on Tuesday 19 November. Offering landlords and letting agents the choice of half day taster sessions or full day workshops, the agenda will be packed with valuable insights to help you navigate the evolving private rented sector with ease.

Here’s the feedback from one delegate; “The value of attending the seminars and workshops is priceless. Learning and collaborating with leaders in the industry will propel your knowledge and experience to become a leader in the field. We highly recommend the courses.”

With other delegates saying they would recommend the Hamilton Fraser academy due to a range of factors including “great speakers”, “engaging content” and “value for money”, we are confident that our ‘Protect and grow your lettings business’ event will live up to your high expectations.

Eddie Hooker, CEO of Hamilton Fraser commented,

“This event brings together, under one roof, a collection of industry speakers who between them offer a wealth of experience and detailed knowledge on anything related to the private rented sector. We guarantee that you will come away far better equipped with the practical guidance and tools you need to protect and grow your lettings business in today’s uncertain climate.”

During the morning session, Susie Crolla, Managing Director of the Letting Training Centre will focus on understanding how your business fits into the market and ensuring you are compliant. Founder of Landlord Action and brand ambassador for Hamilton Fraser, Paul Shamplina, will then provide an update on the government’s plans for the abolishment of section 21 and Suzy Hershman, Head of Dispute Resolution at mydeposits will talk about handling end of tenancy disputes.

Following a break for lunch and networking, Susie will provide guidance on navigating the tenant fee ban, Paul will explore how you can attract new landlords to your business and retain the ones you have and Sean Hooker, Head of the Property Redress Scheme, will give an update from Westminster.
