Some of the things you’ll get up to:

  • Data entry and processing of renewal and policy documentation ensuring completion within the agreed service standards
  • Taking charge of outgoing post to be completed, ensuring that it is ready for collection – when required
  • Completion of any scanning and shredding of files as required
  • Taking messages where required (following training) ensuring all information is recorded accurately and passed on in a timely manner

  • Good keyboard & IT skills displaying a high degree of accuracy in all areas of work
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail ensuring that high standards of quality are consistently maintained
