What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a exceptionally organised individual to create highly impactful and responsive websites and landing pages that offer quality user experience.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking to further their career in Marketing.  Ideally you will have 3 year’s marketing experience, however we will also consider talented marketing graduates.  You’ll join a rapidly growing organisation in Borehamwood with a real family feel that can offer you a vibrant working environment and industry leading training.

Some of the things you’ll get up to

  • Design multi-platform websites, landing pages, microsites, emails and digital media
  • Create visual layout of web pages
  • Create web assets for the Marketing team
  • Draw up detailed website specifications for proposals and project plans
  • Map out and document website project scope
  • Create user flows, process flows, site maps, and interactive wireframes
  • Develop innovative and creative digital solutions using the latest UX best practice
  • Test functionality of development websites and perform usability tests to ensure quality assurance before sign off
  • Review existing websites using software tools such as SessionCam and Crazy Frog to identify recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Assist with additional ad-hoc digital asset creation

We’d like you to have:

  • At least 3 year’s marketing experience with proven desire to progress in this field, or recent marketing degree
  • Strong UI and UX design skills
  • An eye for design and experience working within brand guidelines
  • Experience of using software within the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects)
  • UX software such as Adobe XD, Invision, Webflow, Sketch
  • Knowledge of best practice UI/UX patterns, typography, layout and processes
  • A genuine interest in new web design, functionality and development trends
  • Knowledge of website optimisation and SEO is desirable
  • Experience of WordPress essential
  • Ability to code, or knowledge of basic HTML/CCS will be helpful
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Experience within a professional services organisation is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with others on the telephone or in person
  • Good organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong planning and prioritising skills
  • PC users preferred
