What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a pro-active and driven individual with a creative flair and strong copywriting and editing skills to join our Marketing Team.  Reporting to the Content and Engagement Lead, you’ll support the creation of engaging content across multiple mediums by identifying content opportunities from growth, engagement, and conversion improvements ensuring all communications are compliant and in line with both FCA and/or SRA regulations.

Some of the things you’ll get up to:

  • Support the Content Manager with the implementation of the content plan and help identify content opportunities for growth, engagement and conversion improvement
  • Ensure content is aligned with core audience segments and persona led
  • Carry out regular content audits
  • Provide creative ideas for the repurposing of existing content and maximising content reach and engagement
  • Provide reporting stats that indicate the outcome on content performance and provide recommendations for future performance
  • Proofread and review all content before publication
  • Upload and optimise content across the Group’s website CMS
  • To optimise existing content for SEO purposes, conducting thorough keyword research and identifying SEO content gaps
  • Contribute towards marketing campaigns that have a direct benefit on new business growth as well as improving the online service experience
  • Support the Content Manager in identifying content and creative cost efficiencies by working with internal resources and external agencies/third parties
  • Keep up to date with innovations in digital marketing and closely monitor competitor activity and communications and provide recommendations of new opportunities and improvements
  • Analyse the performance of digital campaigns
  • Deliver, monitor, and brief social media campaigns
  • Be responsible for direct-to-consumer paid advertising and recommend optimisations following regular reviews
