Working in our Customer Service Team you will be the first point of contact for our Customers and Scheme Members. As a result you’ll need to have a can do attitude and be a real people person. You’ll be part of an energetic and lively team and no day will be the same. We are ideally looking for someone with a good Customer Service background whether that be from a previous face to face role, or based in a contact centre. Working hours (40 hours per week):


  • 8am-5pm
  • 9am-6pm
  • 10am-7pm

Saturday (once every 3rd week):

  • 9am-1pm – you only work the Saturday if you have worked the early shift that week

All shifts include a 10 minute morning and afternoon break as well as a 1 hour lunch break

Shifts are run on a 3 week rotation basis. After a Saturday shift you will get an afternoon off during the week



Some of the things you’ll get up to:

  • Respond to all Agent, Landlord, Tenant and Interested Party enquiries including initial dispute notification via telephone (inbound and outbound), post, fax and e-mail
  • Process membership, deposit protection and un-protection applications via telephone and post
  • Manage Agent Member Renewals, Member Compliance and Credit Control where required
  • Process and investigate misapplied payments and billing issues


We’d like you to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the ability to learn new systems
  • knowledge of working in a multi-channel contact center environment
  • Drive and self-determination with the ability to find and implement solutions to
