I would highly recommend Paul as I was very impressed with the training that he has delivered. Great trainer, great guy! In fact the last course (Tenancy & Legal course) was one of the best courses that we’ve held at Central Office (and we hold a lot of courses). I have booked Paul again and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I will also continue to enjoy watching him on Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords and reading his regular updates in our monthly newsletter

Dominic Dove, Belvoir

As a letting agent it is imperative for our team to be up-to-date about legislation. Paul’s training provides a great opportunity to get the correct information to help us respond to our customers’ needs. Paul has many years of experience and is a well-recognised expert within the industry, so there’s no question as to who’s best placed to work with.

Sandra Mpouma, Upad

I wanted to start by saying thank you for the training on behalf of all of us, it has really given us an understanding of how the adjudicators come to their final decisions.

Sophie Griffin, Countrywide

The dispute resolution workshop provided a great insight into the mind-set of an adjudicator. It was both informative and eye-opening and Suzy’s extensive experience was invaluable.

Foxtons

[My team of Property Managers] all found the information and advice from Paul tremendously helpful and easy to understand. In the world of lettings we are continually up against the many changing rules and regulations and struggle to keep up but it’s refreshing to have Paul’s expert guidance on the industry needs.

Tracey Gosnell, Intercounty Estate Agents

Great workshop today from Paul and his team. As always, informative and enjoyable!

Adam Joseph, Happy Tenant Company
