As a member of the team, you will have a high degree of knowledge of the products we provide and have a thorough understanding of your role, the company, its key business relationships and its systems. You will always be willing to learn from your mistakes and to give practical and helpful advice to your colleagues.

You will always be willing to work as a member of a team to achieve the company’s objectives. You will be flexible as required, help your team mates to reach team goals, endeavouring to come to a resolution, rather than a compromise. When faced with a problem you will look first for a solution from within the company’s own sources and relationships, recognising that the best opportunities often come from within.

Consistency and Respect
You will always deliver to your fellow workers and our customers what you promise to do. You will never make an agreement unless you are prepared to follow it to fruition. If you are unable to deliver you will advise the person you have promised and rectify the problem without delay. You will take ownership of your mistakes and strive, with help from your team (at any level), to rectify the issue with dignity and respect for others.
Just being ‘good’ in your job is not enough. You will actively endeavour to continuously improve your personal performance with the assistance of the company’s training schemes, its performance and improvement recommendations and any other resource made available to you.
